Tuesday has arrived! It is a little muggy outside but come cool off with some delicious fresh salads at Rosemary's Kitchen!

Menu for Tuesday June 3rd
Fish Tacos/Spicy Black Beans/Fruit Salad-11
These tacos are super simple and super fresh BUT OH SO AWESOME!! Seasoned and BAKED (so its healthy!) tilapia inside three flour tortilla topped with crisp cole slaw and our house chipotle dressing!

Fiesta Ranch Pasta Salad w/ Grilled Chicken-10
This pasta salad is GREAT!! tender pasta, roasted corn, red bell peppers, onions, black beans and LOTS of spices in our house ranch dressing THEN topped with a seasoned and GRILLED juicy chicken breast!! YUMMY!!

(V) San Francisco Grilled Cheese/Choice Salad-9
May sound strange but this sandwich has been a HUGE hit!...FRESH baby spinach, blue cheese, monetary jack cheese, and strawberry jam!...Then grilled on the Panini press! CRAZY GOOD!

Dessert: Strawberry Pie OR Shoofly Pie-4
Our Strawberry pie is made with REAL FRESH strawberries! No pie filling here!
And shoofly pie...may sound strange but it is an old Amish recipe. Simple pie made with brown sugar and molasses.
